KMA TO DISTRIBUTE STICKERS TO TAXI AND TROTRO DRIVERS



In the course of fighting Covid-19, KMA has started sharing 'stickers' to Taxi and Trotro vehicle drivers according to the head of transport, KMA, Randy Wilson on Nhyira FM morning show
[Kro Yi Mu Nsem].

Moreover, Mr. Randy Wilson stated that the 'stickers' are taken to various Taxi and Trotro stations and it will be sold at GHC10.
The sticker carries a security barcode with features and it will be placed at the front mirror of taxi and Trotro vehicles.

Again, Mr. Isaac Kwabena Boateng who is the chairman, cooperative transport union, Ashanti Region stated that the reason for this action is to trace vehicles and also fight against Covid-19.

'We will start enforcing the law from Monday 3rd May 2020' - he said
