GIVE US THE NEEDED RESPECT - D.C.E TO POLICE



In the news a month ago when the President of Ghana,
Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo declared
‘lock down’ in the Greater Accra and Greater Kumasi.

Hon. Christian Adu poku, D.C.E of Afigya Kwabre south was in the news of having a banter with the police.

Narrating the incident on Kro Yi Mu Nsem [Morning Show] early this morning explained that together with media men were on their way to deliver PPE’s to some institutions and individuals especially to the security personnel who were at post within the District.

On their way, they met a police patrol pickup loaded with people. The DCE in an attempt to inquire about why the car was loaded with such people.

I was slapped and beating by the policemen even after showing my identity as the D.C.E of Afigya kwabre district - He said

Feeling anxious, Hon. Christian Adu Poku address on the point that D.C.E's are not accord with rest when they move from one jurisdiction to another
